P&H HC Upholds Publishing of Accounts of Private Unaided Educational Institutions on Website - 31.05.2021

Punjab and Haryana High Court has upheld an April 2018 notification of the Ministry of Home Affairs, requiring private unaided educational institutions in Chandigarh to inter alia publish their balance sheets/ income and expenditure account on their websites for ensuring transparency.
