Delhi HC Denies Relief to Matrix Cellular Ltd Seeking Immediate Release of Oxygen Concentrators - 28.05.2021

Delhi High Court has denied relief in plea of Matrix Cellular Limited seeking immediate release of oxygen Concentrators seized by Delhi Police after observing that the said items were "found under suspicious circumstances" and that the police was authorised in seizing the same, observing that the act was in violation of Office Memorandum issued by Government of India.
