Delhi HC Directs Google, Indian Kanoon to Remove Judgment of American Citizen Acquitted in NDPS Case - 25.05.2021

Delhi High Court has granted interim protection to an American Citizen of Indian origin by directing Indian Kanoon to block the judgement of his acquittal under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 from being accessed by using search engines such as Google/Yahoo etc.
