Allahabad HC Suspends Judicial Officer over Sedition Charges - 15.02.2016

Allahabad HC has suspended and ordered inquiry for further action against a judicial officer, who had slapped sedition charges against Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley over four months back for his comments against Supreme Court judgement on NJAC.
