MP HC Seeks Response in Plea Seeking Direction on Invitation of Global Tenders for Vaccination - 21.05.2021

Madhya Pradesh High Court has sought response from Centre and State Government in a plea seeking a direction to the State to initiate steps to invite global tenders so as to ensure timely vaccination of the adult population of the State. The Court has also asked a responsible officer from the office of Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation to appear before the Court.
