NCLT Asks DHFL Administrator to Place Kapil Wadhawan's Offer Before CoC - 20.05.2021

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai Bench has asked the administrator of Dewan Housing Finance (DHFL) to place the offer of erstwhile promoter Kapil Wadhawan before the Committee of Creditors.
