Delhi Court Dismisses Plea Against 2nd Husband, As Earlier Marriage Was in Subsistence - 12.02.2016

A Delhi Court, while dismissing a woman's plea seeking relief in a domestic violence case filed against her second husband, has said that woman who tied knot with another person during subsistence of the earlier marriage is invalid.
