SC Exempts Sonia and Rahul from Personal Appearance in National Herald Case - 12.02.2016

Supreme Court has said that Congress President Sonia Gandhi and her son and Deputy Rahul Gandhi are not required to appear in court in National Herald case. But rejected appeal by them to stop trial in the case.
