MP HC: Accused Entitled to Seek Bail on Sole Ground of Arrest Violating 'Arnesh Kumar' Guidelines - 20.05.2021

Madhya Pradesh High Court has directed the State Director General of Police to instruct all police officers to strictly follow 'Arnesh Kumar' guidelines in letter and spirit. The Court observed thus in a Suo Moto Writ Petition initiated in view of the unprecedented situation faced by the country & Madhya Pradesh following the second wave of COVID-19.
