Delhi HC Issues Notice in Plea Challenging Vires of GNCTD Act, 2021 - 19.05.2021

Delhi High Court has issued notice to Union of India and Delhi LG in another plea challenging the vires of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 2021 enhancing powers of the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi as being unconstitutional.
