Rajasthan HC Sets Aside Decision of ICAI Cancelling CA Intermediate Exam Result of Woman - 19.05.2021

Rajasthan High Court has set aside a decision of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), cancelling the CA intermediate exam result of a 21-year old woman over alleged 'derogatory' remarks that she had made in an email to the institute.
