ITAT, Mumbai: Forex Gains on Repayment of Interest-free Loan by Relative Not Taxable - 19.05.2021

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai has ordered that foreign exchange gains arising in the hands of an individual, on a repayment of an interest-free loan by his relative, are not taxable.
