Patna HC Directs State to Verify All Facts Before Placing Affidavit Before Court - 18.05.2021

Patna High Court has directed the State Government to verify all facts from all sources before placing affidavit before Court else it would amount to filing of false affidavit in a plea enquiring over the data of dead bodies in crematoriums all over the district. The Court has also directed Government that the official Website maintained by the State of Bihar for recording the births and the deaths be regularly updated.
