HP HC Quashes FIR Against 2 Persons for Allegedly Blocking National Highway, Shimla - 17.05.2021

Himachal Pradesh High Court has quashed FIR registered against two persons for being members of an unlawful assembly which allegedly blocked National Highway, Shimla thereby causing wrongful restraint.
