SC Orders All State to Formulate Policies for Uniform Compensation to Disabled Rape Victims - 12.02.2016

SC has directed all States and Union Territories to formulate a uniform scheme to provide compensation to the victims of sexual abuse and exploitation, especially those who are differently abled.
