Bombay HC Pulls Up State Govt Over Dearth of Medical Staff in Prisons Amid COVID-19 - 14.05.2021

Bombay High Court has pulled up the State officials on the shortage of medical and paramedical staff inside prisons. The Court has observed that the vacancies need to be filled up even if the sanctioned strength of medical officers is not increased.
