Karnataka HC Directs State to Ensure RT-PCR Tests are Made Available Within 24 Hours - 14.05.2021

Karnataka High Court has reiterated that the State government should direct and ensure that all laboratories make available test results within 24-hours. The Court has directed the State Government to initiate action against the concerned lab for not acting as per the earlier direction to give RTPCR results within 24 hours.
