Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015

The Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 became Act No. 23 of 2015. It amends the Delhi High Court Act, 1966, raising the value of suits in which the Delhi High Court will have ordinary civil jurisdiction to two crore rupees. It also enhances the original jurisdiction of District Judges in Delhi to accept suits valued up to two crore rupees.
