Bombay HC: If COVID Positive Patient Dies Due to Oxygen Shortage, Violation of Article 21 - 13.05.2021

Bombay High Court has observed that it is every State's responsibility to protect the lives of its citizens, stressing that if a COVID positive patient dies due to the lack of Oxygen, it is an infringement of the right to life under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, 1949.
