Telangana HC Slams State for Preventing Ambulances from Transporting Covid Patients - 12.05.2021

Telangana High Court has slammed the State Government for preventing ambulances, transporting Covid-19 patients from neighbouring states, from entering Telangana in the absence of a prior secured hospital admission. The Court has remarked that it is a blatant violation of the Constitution. You are denying medical treatment to people.
