Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Seeking Fair System for Hospital Bed Allocation in Delhi - 11.05.2021

Delhi High Court has issued notice on a petition seeking that hospital bed allocation couldn't continue on a "first come first serve basis" and at some point a transparent mechanism had to be put in place for the same.
