Karnataka HC: Non-compliance of POCSO Act Not to Entitle Accused to Release on Default Bail - 10.05.2021

Karnataka High Court has held that non compliance of section 35 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 will not entitle the accused to be released on default bail.
