SC Asks Delhi Jal Board to Approach Upper Yamuna River Board with Complaint Over Water Supply Cut - 07.05.2021

Supreme Court has granted liberty to Delhi Jal Board to approach the Upper Yamuna River Board, with their prayer relating to allocation of water to Delhi. The Court has asked the Board to consider the representation which would be made expeditiously and clarified that the Bench is not expressing any opinion on merits of the case.
