Delhi HC Enquires Over Regulation of Ambulance Charges and Cremation Charges - 07.05.2021

Delhi High Court has asked the Delhi Government to consider regulating ambulance charges and the rates of cremation/ burial of those who have died due to Covid-19. The Court has passed the order on a Public Interest Litigation filed by NGO Distress Management Collective, directing the Government to consider the PIL as a representation.
