Gujarat HC Issues Notice on Plea Demanding Pay Parity with Judicial Members - 07.05.2021

Gujarat High Court has issued notice to the Centre, state government and registrar of the Gujarat State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission after two non-judicial members of the commission filed a petition demanding pay parity with its judicial members.
