Delhi HC Directs Framing of Structured Response in Plea for Social Security of Migrant Workers - 06.05.2021

Delhi High Court has issued direction to the Delhi Government to frame a structured response so that the voiceless and the marginalized sections of the society can be given proper and adequate relief in a writ petition seeking registration of all migrant workers of Delhi under Section 10 of The Unorganised Workers' Social Security Act, 2008 and to provide free medicines and medical facilities to the migrant workers.
