Bombay HC Refuses to Direct Police for FIR Against BJP MP Sujay Vikhe Patil - 06.05.2021

Bombay High Court has refused to 'direct' the local police to register a First Information Report against BPJ MP from Ahmednagar constituency- Dr Sujay Vikhe Patil for the alleged illegal procurement of Remdesivir vials, as petitioners rushed to the Court too soon.
