Bombay HC Quashes FIR Against Woman for Tweeting Against PM Modi, CM Thackeray - 06.05.2021

Bombay High Court has quashed a First Information Report against a local resident for her tweet on Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, stating that by no stretch of imagination it can be said that the said tweet created hatred or enmity between the two groups of communities.
