Chhattisgarh HC Asks State to Reconsider Policy Limiting Benefits to Antyodaya Card Holders - 05.05.2021

Chhattisgarh High Court has observed that the State Government's policy for inoculating only "Antyodaya Card" holders against the Covid-19 virus is prima facie unsustainable. The Court has directed the State Government to reconsider policy.
