Delhi HC Permits CBI Plea Against Trial Court Order - 11.02.2016

Delhi High Court has junked a trial court order directing Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to return documents seized during raids at Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's Principal Secretary Rajendra Kumar's office on December 15, 2015, saying it contained self-contradictory reasons.
