Bombay HC Remarks in Plea Seeking FIR Against BJP MP for Illegal Procurement of Remdesivir - 04.05.2021

Bombay High Court has remarked that Bharatiya Janta Party MP from Ahmednagar Dr Sujay Vikhe Patil needs to introspect while referring to his social media videos glorifying his efforts to procure Remdesivir vials in a petition seeking a First Information Report against Patil for allegedly unauthorisedly procuring Remdesivir injections and bringing them via a chartered flight.
