Delhi High Court Issues Notice in Plea for Enacting Law, Policies to Curb Child Begging - 04.05.2021

Delhi High Court has issued notice to Delhi Government, Ministry of Women and Child Development, National Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Delhi Commissioner of Police, National Human Rights Commission and Child Welfare Committee in a public interest litigation seeking enactment of law or policies for the protection of rights of children on streets and for curbing child begging.
