SC: Authorities Have No Power to Alter Fee Structure of Private Schools - 04.05.2021

Supreme Court has held that the Statutory Authorities under the Disaster Management Act, 2005 have no power to deal with the subject of school fee structure of private unaided schools, observing that the Act is not a panacea for all difficulties much less not concerning disaster management as such.
