Delhi HC Raps AAP over Allowing Polluting Units to Operate in CIty - 10.02.2016

Delhi HC has pulled up AAP Government for allowing hazardous and polluting industries to operate in the heart of a city, saying it cannot "force" people to convert their vehicles to CNG and allow such units to function.
