Delhi HC Directs Govt to Ensure COVID Drugs are Not Sold Above MRP - 03.05.2021

Delhi High Court has directed the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi to ensure that COVID drugs, oxygen cylinders and medical equipments for pandemic treatment are not sold above the Maximum Retail Price. The Court has directed the Delhi Police to book persons who are hoarding such drugs and equipments and bring them to the notice of the Court.
