Madras HC Stays Notification Providing for Grant of Post Facto Clearance of Projects - 03.05.2021

Madras High Court has granted a stay on the operation of an office memorandum issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change which provided for grant of post facto clearance to projects in a public interest litigation petition challenging the procedure for consideration of applications received for projects established as violative of Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) notification for grant of post facto clearance.
