Delhi High Court Seeks Data from All Hospitals on Discharge of Covid Patients - 03.05.2021

Delhi High Court has directed all hospitals in the city to submit data from 1st April, 2021 onwards, of all beds that have been occupied for more than 10 days, to the appointed Amicus Curiae in the case, Sr. Adv. Rajshekhar Rao, noting that adherence to the Delhi Government's discharge policy for Covid-19 patients is crucial with the capital reeling under lack of hospital beds.
