Bombay HC Directs Taking Steps to Centralise System for Procurement of Remdesivir - 03.05.2021

Bombay High Court has directed Chief Secretary of Health, Maharashtra, to take steps to centralise the system for the procurement, allocation and distribution of anti-viral drug Remdesivir, used for treating Covid-19 patients.
