Bombay High Court Directs Ensuring All Hospitals are Fire Compliant - 30.04.2021

Bombay High Court has said it would expand the scope of the Public Interest Litigations regarding Covid-management and has asked the civic authorities to ensure all the hospitals are fire compliant, taking judicial note of the frequent hospital fires in the State of Maharashtra.
