NGT Pulls Up Delhi Jal Board for Spending Money on Yamuna Without Permission - 10.02.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has pulled up Delhi Jal Board (DJB) for spending money on Yamuna without its permission, observing that despite spending heavily, the pollution level in the river has become worse.
