Gujarat High Court Directs Covid Testing of Prisoners Whose Bail Pleas are Allowed - 27.04.2021

Gujarat High Court has directed that prisoners, whose bail pleas are allowed, should be made to undergo the Covid-19 Test, stating that it is only in the event that applicant is tested negative, benefit of this order shall be given to him and he shall be released on temporary bail
