Kerala High Court Quashes POCSO Charges Against Man After His Marriage to Survivor - 27.04.2021

Kerala High Court has quashed a chargesheet filed by the police in February 2019 against a 22-year-old man charging him with sexual assault and other charges under the Indian Penal Code, 1860 as well as the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in light of his subsequent marriage to the prosecutorix.
