Delhi HC: Why Ban When Documentary Already Available Online - 10.02.2016

Delhi High Court has asked, “What purpose would a ban on a documentary already available online serve” and wondered while hearing PILs that wanted prohibition on broadcast of a film on the gangrape of 2012 lifted.
