Bombay HC: All Persons Wearing Masks Incorrectly Shall be Booked Under Relevant Offences - 27.04.2021

Bombay High Court has come down heavily on lockdown violators, including people not wearing masks properly, and has asked the police in 11 Marathwada districts, in Maharashtra, to take strict action against such violators, stating that all persons wearing a mask below the chin or exposing their nose shall be booked for under relevant offences as such people turn out to be super spreaders.
