Allahabad High Court Seeks UP Govt's Response in 1987 Maliana Massacre Case - 26.04.2021

Allahabad High Court has sought response from the Uttar Pradesh Government on a petition seeking expeditious trial in the 1987 Maliana village massacre case. The Court has called upon the State Government to file its counter affidavit in the matter, in approximately four weeks.
