P&H HC: Pregnancy No Hitch for AMC Selection - 10.02.2016

Punjab and Haryana HC has ruled that a woman candidate couldn't be permanently debarred from joining as doctor in Army Medical Corps (AMC) on ground that she had conceived during selection process and that such an action had no place in modern India.
