Madhya Pradesh High Court to Hear Cases Only Through Virtual Mode - 26.04.2021

Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P.) for the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Principal Seat Jabalpur and its Benches at Indore & Gwalior, stating that cases shall be heard only through Virtual mode at Principal Seat Jabalpur and Benches at Indore & Gwalior and no physical hearing shall be conducted w.e.f. 26th April, 2021 till further orders.
