Patna HC Issues Directions to State on Availability of Covid Treatment Facilities - 23.04.2021

Patna High Court has taken serious note of the paucity of oxygen in the State, which is an essential medical requirement for treatment of COVID-19 patients. The Court has issued directions to the State authorities to present a vivid picture of availability and the mode and manner in which the State-Respondents have planned to supply oxygen to different Hospitals.
