Chhattisgarh High Court Takes Suo Moto Cognizance on COVID Medical Needs - 23.04.2021

Chhattisgarh High Court has taken suo moto cognizance of the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic and the inadequacy in medical infrastructure to tackle the same. The Court has asked the State authorities about the plight of patients, who were reportedly administered Oxygen support while they were lying on the hospital floor due to shortage of beds.
