Punjab and Haryana High Court: Landowners Entitled to Compensation - 09.02.2016

P&H High Court, while deciding PIL seeking direction to Union of India to award compensation on account of restrictions imposed on petitioners for use of their land, has made it clear that property owners with land in IAF vicinity and installations in Gurgaon were to be compensated for it.
